Shipping:

1. We ship to anywhere in the world with a global flat rate of US$20 per parcel.
2. We do not pay for return shipping unless the item being returned is faulty.

• All prices and delivery charges are exclusive of any duties and taxes.
• You will be required to pay the applicable and relevant duties, taxes or any other charges required to be paid to import the purchased products in the country of delivery.
• By purchasing from alegercashmere.com you accept to pay all duties and taxes or other charges required in full. We are not liable any import taxes or duties and we shall be entitled to charge you any of those costs.
• We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to find out about the import taxes and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order. 

Important Delivery Information:

• We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
• In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you will receive notification from the courier company and arrangements will be made to finalise delivery. If goods cannot be delivered and go unclaimed, they will be returned to Aleger Cashmere. If you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
• If you refuse your Aleger Cashmere shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees or custom charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Aleger Cashmere
• Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a refund for the sale amount.
